On the Wednesday night before the Masters, Sommelier Tim Rawding and PGA Teaching Professional Virgil Herring will open and compare some of their favorite wines from the Italian peninsula. As Tim leads a discussion on the unique characteristics of these wines, Virgil will talk on the parallels between a bold Brunello di Montalcino and the powerful play of Rory McIlroy. How different are wine and golf? Can a deep understanding of wine open you up to the mental challenges in golf? This four course debate and dining experience will tee off on Wednesday April 4th with glasses in the air at 7:30 pm sharp.
