This week featuring Chateau Pradeaux - Bandol Rouge 2012 $20/glass
Bandol is situated right on the cliffs of the Mediterranean Sea in Southern France and soaks up a perfect balance of hot sun and cool sea breeze. Chateau Pradeaux has established a reputation for their boldness in the use of no less than 95% Mourvedre in their old vine Bandol bottling. As we ring in the new year and prep for a few colder months, a deep and dark red from the south of France seems like the perfect fit.
