Meet the new Sauvignon Blanc. Ignore what you remember from Sancerre or Bordeaux or New Zealand and embrace a whole new tropical being. Seriously though….in the land down under amongst the Adelaide Hills of Australia, Domaine Lucci is giving their Sauvignon Blanc a little extra time on the skins to relax and stay a while. I’ve never been more excited to see the look on guests' faces as they dive into one of my favorite bottlings of Sauvignon Blanc ever, all at $15 a glass.
