Hailing from the Gastronomic heartland of Italy in Emilia-Romagna, Lambrusco is the ultimate crushable food wine. Come in all shapes and sizes, Lambrusco can drink sweet & fruity, meaty and earthy or option number 3, delicate and floral. This bottling from Barbolini represents Option Number 3 beautifully and has continued to change the way I think about Lambrusco. $10 a glass is a steal but we love to throw a good party so drink up.
